There are three postal public operators in BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA:

  1. The postal service maintained by the Sarajevo government.
  2. The postal service maintained by the Banja Luka (Serbian) government, operating since 1992.
  3. The postal service maintained by the Croatian post Mostar, operating since 1993 (no Volleyball stamps so far).
